Shampoo Use:
- Wet hair and apply shampoo.
- Massage slowly with fingertips, thoroughly working the gel into the scalp (without scratching the scalp) for about 2 minutes. Lather is not important to the cleansing process but working the gel right into the scalp is important. Leave the shampoo on the hair and scalp for a further few minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly still massaging with fingertips and repeat process.
- Gently towel dry and leave to dry naturally if possible (especially if you have an itchy/dry scalp or damaged hair).

I was happily surprised with this shampoo, I have sensitive skin and am allergic to most soaps with perfume, so normally use Simple soap. But not only is this a great all over shampoo it did not cause any adverse reaction at all. I intend to try all the others in this range and can highly recommend it to all.
Absolutely love this product! Had a really bad case of the itch that would not leave at all! after one use it was gone as if by magic! The itching never comes back either and I only wash once a week too. I stay itch free between washes, and if I get the odd itch it's more like just a little pat on the head will make it go away, no wanting to RIP my scalp off! Cant recommend it enough! Personally I loveee the smell too however patchouli could be an acquired smell, so if you're not sure if you like the smell then maybe order it in a different scent. But still order it! Its amazing!
