Looks pretty but to be honest it doesn't hold up my dreadlocks & I have fairly fine hair. The material is quite slippy which doesn't help it to grip.
I'd made my own but wanted a 'proper' one. The wire seems overly light which doesn't allow it to hold in place. It would be better in felt or wool for grip. So I'm back to the one I made.
Sorry I wanted it to be good but no good for an up-do, however it would work well just to wrap around hair that was down to keep it out of the way or to look pretty on short locs.
